The salesman was odd. He was friendly at first but looked annoyed when we didn’t purchase the product that he was trying to sell us.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Albert was incredibly welcoming, supportive, and an absolute wealth of knowledge. He took the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does and truly cares about helping people. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, approachable, and generous with their time. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend stopping in and speaking with Albert!

Excellent Customer Service from Alex
Alex provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful in explaining the different products. He was polite, professional, and very patient throughout, taking the time to talk us through everything clearly and making sure we understood our options. We had to come back, and he was just as helpful and welcoming on our return. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience.

Canna power vape
Bought the vape have used it when purchased and when tried to charge it will not charge and flashes blue then goes off. Can’t use the cartridges with any other pens so bit of a run off.
