Mushroom and botanical supplements
Lion’s Mane, Turkey Tail, Reishi, Chaga and Cordyceps have been part of traditional diets for hundreds of years. We stock them from a few brands we trust, in whichever form suits you, along with some other botanicals.
Capsules give you the same amount every day, and we have Lion’s Mane, Turkey Tail, Reishi, Cordyceps, Ashwagandha and others. Powders can go into a drink, smoothie or food. Mushroom coffee is instant coffee with mushroom extracts mixed in. You can also see all the mushroom products or our other supplements, which is where you’ll find shilajit resin.
Every product page lists the ingredients, the amount per serving and the daily amount. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication, check with your GP or pharmacist before starting anything new. For background on each mushroom, read our mushroom guide.
Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
