This page explains how to return an online order from CannaPower. It doesn’t affect your legal rights.
Changed your mind? You have 14 days
- You can cancel an online order at any time from placing it until 14 days after it arrives. Just email hello@canna-power.co.uk with your order number and the items you’re returning.
- After telling us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.
- Oils, gummies, sweets, drinks, e-liquids, creams and other consumables can be returned only if they’re unopened, in their original sealed packaging and fit to be sold again. For health and hygiene reasons, they can’t be returned once the seal is broken (unless they’re faulty).
- Vaporisers, pens and other devices can be opened to check them, just as you could in our shop, and still be returned. If a device has been used, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
- This applies to sale items too.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item
- Faulty items are always covered. Email hello@canna-power.co.uk with your order number, what’s wrong and a photo.
- Tell us within 30 days of delivery and you can have a full refund. After that, we’ll repair or replace it, or refund you if that isn’t possible.
- We’ll cover the cost of sending it back.
How to send it back
- Email us first so we can confirm the return.
- Pack the items securely and include your order number.
- Send them to: CannaPower, Unit 612 & 613, The Stables Market, Chalk Farm Road, London NW1 8AH. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.
If you’ve changed your mind, the cost of returning the items is yours. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, we pay.
Refunds
- We refund within 14 days of receiving the items back (or of you showing proof of postage, if that’s sooner), to your original payment method.
- If you return your whole order after changing your mind, we also refund the standard delivery cost you paid.
Exchanges and gifts
- We don’t do direct exchanges. Return the item as above and place a new order for the one you want.
- Refunds for gifts go to the person who paid for the order.
